US-funded radio broadcaster to air speeches of SKorea's presidential hopefuls to NKorea

A U.S.-funded radio station was to begin broadcasting speeches and debates of leading South Korean presidential candidates into North Korea on Monday _ a move it said could help educate its citizens about democracy.
