Singapore seeks to curb inflation as economy booms
SINGAPORE, Oct 10 - Singapore's central bank
moved on Wednesday to keep inflation in check by allowing its
currency to climb and said consumer prices would probably rise
more than it previously forecast as the economy continued to
power ahead.
